Today has been hectic and so all I've got to say is "I hate powerpoint"...and "why don't things save"? I've had one of those days where things just haven't been going that well and I've had to re-do certain things about 4 times even though I could have sworn on my mother's life that I did it right the first time...the second time and the third time. Anyway, you know that popular saying..."fourth time lucky" and all that!
Oh the Sky saga continues. My housemate rang up again last night after they failed to deliver for the fifth time. He was extremely assertive/passive aggressive and we seem to have some results. Apparantly, we're getting another free call out on Sunday and a refund for the week that we've had no picture. I'll believe it when I see it though.

It's the small things in life isn't it? My remote control for my tv is broken and life feels like such a hassle.
Equally depressing is that I just got paid and am still hundreds of pounds overdrawn.

Observations
- If you don't put butter on your toast people grill you like a prisoner of war just waiting for you to say the word "diet"
- Call centres really are crap, especially Sky's
- Why aren't major roads like the A5 signposted
- Putting two scoops of hot chocolate powder into a normal sized mug really is too much
- Did I mention Sky are crap and I want to inflict excrutiating misery on the people that have made me promises and failed to deliver
